Account & data deletion
Delete your Mint account
Mint (by Mint TCG) lets you delete your account and the data associated with it at any time — directly in the app, or by request on this page if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Mint and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm — you'll be asked to sign in again (or enter your password) to verify it's you.
The app starts deletion immediately after your identity is verified. Limited records described below can remain after account data is removed.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address linked to your Mint account and we'll delete the account for you. We verify ownership by the sending address, complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by reply.
Email an account deletion requestSend it to hello@mint-tcg.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. If you signed in with Sign in with Apple using a hidden (private relay) address, send the request from that relay address or mention the name on the account so we can locate it.
What gets deleted
- Account & profile — your sign-in identity, email address, and name.
- Collections — every collection and card entry you synced.
- Wishlist — all saved wishlist items.
- Devices — push-notification tokens for your devices.
- Analytics — usage events are permanently unlinked from your identity.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Feedback you submitted through the in-app “Send feedback” form (including any photos you attached) is stored separately for product improvement; mention it in your email if you want that removed as well.
Data kept, and for how long
Individual analytics events may be retained, but your account identifier is permanently removed from them. Feedback is stored separately and is removed on request when we can identify it; uploaded feedback images in our storage are configured to expire after 180 days. Security logs and backups can remain for limited operational, legal, and provider backup periods before they are deleted or overwritten. See our privacy policy for full details.
